Why does the body have uneven edges?

As you know, the body is made of Plastic XL Extralight®. Due to the nature of the materials (ethylene vinyl acetate and silicone) molding is not precise, as a result of which some products may have slightly sharpened edges and mold residue. This does not indicate a product defect and in most cases is not subject to warranty claims.
