When are O Clock watches not covered under warranty?
O clock watches-and the parts that go into them-are NOT covered under warranty in the following cases:

improper exposure to sunlight or heat,

damage to the dial and movement of the watch caused by water getting inside the mechanism,
-
minor scratches and damage on the sides of the silicone strap,
-
damage near the passage of the watch dial through the hole in the strap bezel, scratches on the dial (all watches initially have a protective film),
-
misuse of the watch or damage caused by the user,
-
general wear and tear of the strap or dial,
-
battery wear.
