Returns and exchanges up to 30 days
Here's how to return an O bag to... O bag :-) 30 days. That's the key word. That's how much time you have to test our products, try them on and see if the bag or accessories hit your style. However, if you decide it's not and decide to return it, here's how it goes step by step:
Return products
Submit a return
If you have an account with our store, you can report a return in the "Returns" tab available in your customer account panel. If you do not have an account in our store, use the electronic return form.
Pack the products together with the return number
Carefully pack the products so they will survive the trip in their entirety. Use recycled items or items from previous shipments if you can. Add a confirmation with the return number to your shipment, which you will find in the email you received after submitting your return. If you can't print it out, just drop a card with the return number written on it into the shipment.
Send the shipment
Send your prepaid parcel by any means to Obag.store Radzanow 54A 26-807 Radzanow, Poland.
Wait for your money back
You will receive your money up to 14 days after your package arrives. We usually send the money in less than 5 days. You will get your refund to the account specified in the return form.
Information about your right to withdraw from the contract
- To withdraw from the contract, inform us (O bag Store, Radzanow 54A, 26-807 Radzanow, Poland) of your decision up to 30 days after receiving the shipment. You must do so in an unequivocal, written statement. You can use the sample form that we included with your shipment or download it from our website: Model withdrawal form.
- When you withdraw from the contract, we will return all payments received from you (except for the additional costs resulting from the method of delivery chosen by you other than the cheapest ordinary method offered by us). We will send you the money up to 14 days from the day you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
- In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will return to you all payments received from you (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of delivery method other than the cheapest ordinary delivery method offered by us), immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract.
- We will return the money to you as the payment was made by you. Unless you expressly agree to another way. Regardless of the method, you will not incur additional charges.
- We will return the money up to 14 days after receiving the return shipment.
- Send back or give us the items up to 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal from the contract.
- When you make a return, you pay for packing the package and shipping it to us. We do not accept parcels sent by cash on delivery, e-postal service or Parcel Post.
- You are responsible for any damage if the items were used by you other than to check their nature, characteristics and functionality.
